The Get Off My Back Yoga class will address the neck & back pain many experience these days. COVID-19 and quarantine are high stress factors for the world right now. With increased use of digital devices, the neck & the back get hijacked, adding another layer of pain that the neck & back were already holding from past hurts. This class will facilitate healing from that.
