Xanthia is the founder of Nature Nurture Retreats, a collaboration between Urban Playology LLC and Manifesting Dopeness. She knows what it’s like to be at a retreat where you need to check in with someone who can truly hold your stuff. Stuff comes up at retreats. That vulnerability is an important aspect of soul-sifting, taking your life to the next level. These sessions power sessions with Xanthia are private and they help retreaters maximize their healing experience.

The hands and feet are two dynamic duos of the body. They carry not only our energy and the energy of others who are around us. Think reflexology with a twist! In this private and guided experiential led by Xanthia, retreaters learn (3) simple steps of this ritual. Sanitized tools and a variety of aromatherapies are provided. Retreaters are welcomed to bring their own tools and/or aromatherapies. If weather permits, retreaters have the option of having their foot baths outside.  Permission granted touch by facilitator may occur. When we pay homage to the hands and feet, we pay homage to the entire body.
